In 4 litri de apa dizolvam jumatate de kilogram de zahar si adaugam 250-300 grame de coacaze. Se lasa sucul intr-un borcan de sticla deschis, o jumatate de zi la soare la fermentat. Se consuma rece sau cald, dupa preferinte.
